I really wanted to like this place. They were close and got me in quick. When I was late, coming from a prior appt, they were accommodating. I don’t get manicures often so I don’t have much to compare it to but I was pleased with many hands and feet and the service. The following week I got what is called a paronychia (who knew), or infection of the nail bed. It was terribly painful. I went to urgent care twice; first time to diagnose and get antibiotics the second time to have the ensuing abscess drained as the swelling and throbbing was increasingly painful.

My five year old daughter got an excellent mani & pedi, but I sat in the chair next to her waiting 45 minutes for my pedicure to begin. I almost didn’t get a service at all at that point, but my daughter still needed to dry when my nail tech came over. My nail tech was in SUCH a rush. She was sloppy and the service was well below par. She trimmed my nails so short that my toes hurt, short enough it could actually give someone an ingrown nail. The paint was sloppy and she would not allow me to sit and dry. She wanted the chair empty. My polish got scuffed in multiple places as she put my sandals on. We popped in to get a pedicure one night after work. It was pretty busy when we walked in but they were able to seat us right away, which I was thankful for because we didn't have appointments. They have a nice selection of nail polish colors! We sat down in our chairs and the first thing I noticed is the chairs are pretty worn and you can tell they've been there for awhile. There wasn't anything wrong with them and the massage settings still worked, but just something I noticed. Overall, my pedicure was pretty good.
