The staff went above and beyond to fix my broken glasses that very same day by taking apart a current pair / fixing my glasses & ordering a replacement so that I could leave right then & there with my glasses! So kind & knowledge! Highly recommend!
I felt extremely comfortable from the moment I opened the door. I was greeted by Joe Alvarez, the Store Manager. He truly looked pleased thatI had entered his store and I could tell that he wanted me to walk out of the store totally satisfied and with the glasses that would make me happy when ever I put them on.If not for a prescription glitch, all would have been perfect, but one step was added.......
