Excellent service and information. I was so pleased I, for the first time in my life, I purchased 2 pair. Taylor did not upsell me, he just provided such good information that I decided that since these are probably my last glasses, that I would splurge!I have not bought glasses anywhere else except Walmart, and have always been pleased.
I lost a screw out of my glasses while I was at work. I ran to Walmart for a quick repair. I was greeted the second I walked into the Vision Center. He was very very polite and helpful. He was able to get my glasses fixed very quickly. He also took a couple minutes and answered my very curious 4 year old's random questions. Hands down a wonderful employee to have at the Vision Center.
Tylor in the vision center is very polite, friendly, and was efficient. It is refreshing to see a polite, helpful, knowledgeable young person. He provided me excellent customer service. Thank you. Tylor.
