Before the insurance adjustor arrived, Jake took the time to get up on the roof and mark the hail damage to make sure everything was properly documented.
Jake showed up whenever promised and personally oversaw the roof replacement process from start to finish. After the work was completed, he even handled submitting the supplemental claim to the insurance company for us, which made the process much easier.

Travis & his team at Falcon Roofing are one of the best roofing companies in our area! As a local insurance agent, it's hard to find reliable contractors but I've referred them to several of my clients & they have always treated them with respect & completed their work in a timely fashion.
