“Had no concerns with office staff or doctor. At least until I went to pick up prescriptions and neither pharmacy in my town had scripts from office. Since I was supposed to have an antibiotic felt it should have been started that same day. 24 hours later no script at pharmacy no return call from office.“

UPDATE: My hygienist canceled twice. And a quote for 3 fillings and a crown was astronomical. Still a good dentist, just very outside of my budget. I found a Dr closer to my home with a co-op type of membership. Cleanings are more affordable and dental work too. I did receive good care at East Wichita Dentists, just couldn't afford it.“

“The doctors and staff are beyond helpful and really care about you as a person, not just a patient. I have anxiety and I have sensory issues. They do their best to make sure I am comfortable, even offering me a blanket if I need it. We drive from the West side to come here because of the care we receive.“

“Until Monday, I only let my sister clean my teeth. But at my most recent cleaning, Syndi, at the west office has become my 2nd favorite hygienist. She was great through the entire appointment and I've scheduled my next 6-month appointment with her. “I just had my teeth cleaned by Cande at smile connections. First off I myself was in dentistry for 40 years. I know how important a good hygienist is to a practice. You will see your hygienist more often than the dentist. That person must have a lot of knowledge and trust with the dentist. I know Dr. Volker has high standards so I know his hygienist will also have the same high standards. Cande has been with the practice for about 18 years. That says a lot. They spend time going to classes to keep up on the latest in dentistry. She truly loves what she does and it shows. I can highly recommend her as she truly cares about your oral health and how it can affect the rest of your body.“
