Windura was great to work with and we are very happy with our new windows. There was no pressure while we were exploring all of our options and did a great job explaining why they were the bast choice.
During the installation they communicated very well when the weather prevented them from working. I would recommend Windura to anyone looking for replacement windows.
This is the 2nd time I've used Windura. You can see I gave them 5 stars, but to elaborate I had 5 companies provide quotes for replacing 2 double hung windows with a half round above them. The quote process was much simpler than 3 of the other companies (larger national companies) who stayed an hour to walk me through a much more elaborate sales process. 2 of the companies were fairly laid back but as I'd read before, one of the companies wanted to give me discounts to sign that day which I didn't appreciate. This is one of those reviews where you wish you could do something more than add five stars. We had eight windows and a door replaced by Windura and are more than pleased with the results. The new windows and door look flawless and are incredible versus what they replaced.
The install crew was one of the most professional, hard working, and skilled group of individuals that I've ever had the pleasure to have work on our house.
We still have a few exterior doors that need replacement and will be absolutely working with Windura in the future to do additional work.
