Just had my hair cut and styled by Yvette. I came in with 32 inches of hair, 4 years of growth. I was able to show her a picture of what I was thinking and she more than delivered. My hair looks great. It is now shoulder length. I have to mention that even calling to make the appointment was such a positive experience. I am older and the lady, I believe she was the manager of the salon, was so helpful. Due to my age I was worried about going to Ulta thinking it was for young people. I have found my new beautician. So amazing.

TONI!!! Was amazing. I have been having a horrible time finding an eyebrow pencil/pen, 3 returns later, I run into Toni. They asked if I needed help (I hate asking for help) but said yes. I will never regret that! They found the perfect shade for me and the best product. It looks so natural just like I wanted and didn’t break the bank too much. Thank you Toni!!!

I would like to start by Thanking Joy for helping me today after 2 other associates refused to do it. Just because we’re in there shopping for clients doesn’t change the fact that we’re still a Customer, and should be assisted no matter what. GM and DSM please Thank Joy for assisting customers, and remind the other 2 that Customer Service is high priority. We all get paid to do a job, right?
