I moved from Chicago to LA 3 years ago and my belongings took 45 days to arrive. Also, the communication was terrible and I literally thought I would never see my stuff ever again. The good thing everything was impeccable when arrived. I am writing this just now because I am moving back to Chicago and want to make sure I am not using this compony ever again.

I’m shocked they are still in business. Awful experience. They were a sub for Patriot Moving Group, who is also awful. Broken and missing items. Could never commit to a date to drop off my stuff. Rude and unprofessional. Literally the worst. Never use them. Ever

If I could give five stars to the movers and zero stars to the Claims Department, I would. The gentlemen that moved my family were great. My moving coordinator was also great! However, Thurston Hill in the claims department has been awful to work with. His responses were anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks a part. He would not answer my questions, and when he responded would only say he was looking into it. My claim should have been finalized a month ago. Until I demanded to speak to his supervisor Teresa Brown, nothing was accomplished. I hope if you move with this company, you do not have to file a damage claim. Unacceptable customer service.
