I pulled into the drive-up at 5:04 on a Saturday evening and Wesley was more than glad to take care of me despite technically being closed. I told her I had 2 of the 8 shirts that were new and would require iron on tags, but she was still glad to take care of me! This is Excellent Customer Service! I wish more businesses would train their employees to treat customers like Wesley treated me! 5 STARS Wesley! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE.I HAD A LATE CALL IN FOR SOME SHIRTS THAT I NEEDED PRESSED FOR A FUNERAL.MY MIND WAS SO WRAPPED IN THE UNEXPECTED DEATH THAT I FORGOT TO GET MY SHIRT IN EARLY. THERE I WAS THE DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL AND TOTALLY LAST MINUTE AND THEY SO KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK AND WISHED ME WELL AND GAVE CONDOLENCES FOR MY LOSS.AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING PEOPLE!THANK YOU TIDE FRIENDS! ! !

I bought a cocktail dress that had a stain. The dress came with a no return policy. I did not think the stain would come out. Tide did an amazing job. They were so professional and did get the stain out. I was so excited! I would recommend them to everyone!
