There is nothing more important to me as a kind consumer than the temperament of front-line employees, and this location has THE BEST in customer service. From time to time, I MIGHT have an issue with the quality of the cleaning, but I know I can take it back and they will do their best to make it right. I do my best not to be too picky and high maintenance, and in turn, this business does their best to deliver the best they can for the messes I bring in from time to time.

Each time I enter Tide cleaners, 135 St. and Metcalf, I am greeted with a smile! Lori and Meredith are always so helpful and communicative! I appreciate their attitude and anxiously await my next visit! I have talked to friends about my experience at this Tide Cleaners and all that go there feel the same way!!!
