Good customer service. Enough options for frames. Loved talking to the ladies that were helping me. Dr. Lee did my exam in about 3.2 milliseconds but he clearly knew what he was doing, so I'm not mad. I was happy with where my prescription ended up. They can do contacts too.
Amanda helped my family of 4 get prescription glasses and sunglasses. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. We really appreciated her knowledge and patience, even staying late to help us. When my son’s prescription was too strong for the glasses he picked out, she helped him find a great pair he liked that would accommodate the thickness of the lense he required. Amanda made the experience very pleasant!
This was the best eye care experience I’ve had— from start to finish! I wasn’t expecting that from a Target store. Dr. Lee was thorough while being efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions. When I needed to make changes to my contact lens prescription after receiving it in the mail (3 days after the appointment my box of contacts arrived at my doorstep!) both Vicki and Dr. Lee went above and beyond to help and make the process smooth. Best of all, at no point did I feel pressured into decisions or purchases. I highly recommend Target Optical for your everyday eye care needs!
