I ❤️ Spiracare O.P.! It is so relaxed and you never feel rushed. The usual doc office experience elsewhere is where they overbook, make you wait and then are in and back out after just a few minutes. Brooke Melvin (and her nurse too) are the gold standard in healthcare! They really care about their patients and are always so kind and personal. I am retiring in three years and already am bummed that I won't have them as my team after that.
I was scheduled to be seen at 10 am on the 15th of December. Two hours prior to the appointment, I was notified that my appointment had been cancelled. I was already pulling in the parking lot and I walked in. They resolved it so professionally. I was able to see the NP as soon as I walked in. I did the paper works and I was already with the nurses. Brooke, and Kristin are like the two peas of the same pod. Great team. Brooke is so kind, and considerate. This place definitely gets all the stars. Thank you for the accommodating despite being in a crunch of holiday season.
I went there today without an appointment and they got me in anyway. I was so thankful. Dr Yates and her team were great, very friendly. I will definitely go back to this location again.
