Such a wonderful first experience at simplicity today! First timer over here, and they all made me feel so comfortable. Madison B was my sweet technician. She was very informative and helpful! I actually look forward to going back in 5 weeks. Love that I was also in and out of the building in 15 minutes

I love simplicity!!! Every single person I have interacted with has also been so nice and helpful. I have been 10 minutes late before and they were so nice about it and I was still able to be seen. Absolutely recommend this location!!
