Been getting my nails done by Tracy for years, have been following her around the area. Now she has her own shop. Tracy & Sally are great ladies and they do a great job. So, when you need your nails done give them a call. Highly recommend the salon.
I have previously left a review but deemed it necessary to leave another as I have seen references to unprofessional, poor customer service and race. I am also a beautiful African American woman and I have been getting my nails done by the owner for at least 15 years if not more. My husband and I get pedicures done there as well. While I understand that everyone’s perception of their experiences are different, I also know that there are 2 sides to every story. Not once has my husband or I been treated unprofessionally or had poor customer service. I always get exactly what I ask for and I am pampered. I will go no where else but Simplicite Nails & Spa!!!!!
