My interviewer was 30 minutes late calling me for my interview just to tell me the position I applied for is filled and all they have open is a position that is $8 less than what I applied for. This isn't the first or even second time either, it's always the bait and switch. Bait you with a high $$, then tell you it's been filled and offer you something for way less. I'll never apply to Securitas again.
Previous employee and their first armed guard. I decided to come back and applied for a position, spoke with a recruiter, received a conditional offer of employment in my email and had an appointment to pick up paperwork. Upon my arrival I was told after sitting for about 10 minutes that the position had already been filled and nothing was available. Exceptionally unprofessional behavior. This place has gone to hell since I worked here years ago.
i applied for a position this company had posted on indeed. shortly after doing so, i was contacted by a recruiter to set up a virtual interview. afterwards, i was offered the position and was told i would be contacted by the company for further instructions. days go by, so i proceeded call/email the recruiter and the company as well. i also contacted general managers from from both KCMO & the Overland Park offices, and none of them answered or got back to me. furthermore, the Overland Park locations number doesn’t exist. completely unprofessional and dismissive people to interact with.
