I went in for a pedicure on Saturday. The people were friendly. But the person who did my nails(Tina) made me bleed multiple times on both toes, very painful experience and I still have painful toes. She is thorough, the nails look good but it makes me wonder why do I need to go for a painful experience. We go for a relaxing pedicure not a painful one :(Now when I see other reviews I see that this experience is common at this place.

I have been going here for 8 years and don't plan on going back. The change in ownership resulted in negative developments. They are understaffed, there is only one person left from the previous ownership (Diane), who does a great job, and tipping is cash only (who carries cash anymore). The past 2 years I have not felt welcomed. It's almost like they were mad at me for some reason. I have been scolded for complaining about the water temp, requested a repair of a nail that had been broken (twice), among other things. Amazing! Wonderful staff! Amy and Tommy are so nice. I’ve never been a nail gal, but tried out dip and was so impressed with how long they lasted. Went a 2nd time, and was even more impressed. They never seem bothered by all my questions.Service: Dip powder
