After other clinics gave me vague instructions, Tim and Jess have both empowered me to understand how to take control of my continued health for the rest of my life. They truly care and are always on the cutting edge of research, never settling and finding the best ways to treat their patients. Highly recommend!!!

I recently attended Restore/Thrive for a Movement and Mobility assessment in preparation for starting a new strength training program and I couldn't have been more impressed. Yvonne (PT) and Dennis (athletic trainer) were so kind and encouraging as they led me through the process. I was blown away by their vast knowledge and thorough assessment, but even more so by their enthusiasm and clear passion for what they do.
