Residential Solutions is a locally owned and operated business that has been serving Johnson County, including communities such as Gardner, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Shawnee, and Overland Park, since 2006. They specialize in both interior and exterior painting projects, as well as other services like deck and fence power washing, staining, and resurfacing; hardwood floor installation and refinishing; cabinet refinishing; and wood rot repair. One customer hired Residential Solutions to seal their driveway and patio, and they were impressed with the excellent job performed. Coby Ferris owner of Residential Solutions is a wonderful person and business man. About 10 years ago we found Coby on (I think) on Home Advisor. We hired Coby to replace the carpet in our family room, laminate flooring in our kitchen, laundry room and half bath on our main floor. They did a great job. February of 2023, we hired him again to coordinated replacing the dining room, living room carpet and the entry way tile to wood floors. They did a fantastic job matching the existing flooring with the new flooring. Amazing! So to continue, this August, Coby coordinated repairing wood rot, caulking and painting our home. They started and finished in one, yes, one day. Coby’s follow up was exceptional to confirm that our expectations were met. The bottom line is if your looking for exceptional professionalism and work ethics hire Coby. Coby, thank you so much for everything you did for us. We wish you the best now and in the future. ps.
