These folks are absolutely the worst service. We live in an apartment complex and never know when Republic will show up again. They are supposed to pick up our trash 4-5 times each week. We feel lucky to occasionally see them 3 times in a week. We go for days and days while the dumpsters are overflowing. This mess causes animals to come at night and drag trash all over. They do a lousy job of t cleaning up the mess created by them not coming on a regular basis.

If you are considering Republic, you will regret it. It Says a lot to have 86 reviews, and everyone rates Republic as terrible. I live in a large apt. complex with large dump bins. Repulic is supposed to pick up trash 5 times per week. We are lucky if we see them 3 times but usually twice. We worry about rats and other critters with this much garbage all around. I really wish we could go back to Deffanbaugh.

I'm so glad we recently decided to give Republic Services our trash business! Because they never pick up the trash, I don't have to worry going outside in the cold to bring our containers back into the garage. I've even called them everyday letting them know our trash hasn't been picked up. Everyday Republic states they will be right out but alas, I see the containers unemptied by the street as I look at them from my warm living room. Thanks Republic for keeping me from having to go outside! I'm also excited as I think about the opportunity to go to small claims court to get a full refund so that I can immediately get someone else to manage our trash. This is something...read full review
