If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero. I ordered a B well bouquet for my daughter who just recently had surgery and I also ordered a box of chocolates. She did not get the chocolates which I paid for and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to call them, but for some reason, their call will not go through. I can call everybody else. I wanna call but their call always fails. I will never use Always let everybody know what a scam business they are The picture on the left is what I ordered. The picture on the right is what I got. I could’ve done better by going to Hy-Vee and ordering a bouquet

Integrity is a cornerstone of business. Premier Floral has none. My mother ordered an arrangement for my daughter's graduation that was to be delivered Monday. Due to storms Monday evening, Premier said it would be delivered Tuesday morning, which is understandable. Tuesday afternoon it was allegedly with the driver for delivery. After that, they stopped answering the phone. Flowers finally showed up Wednesday morning. The photos below show the arrangement that was ordered, and the orchid likely purchased from Hy-Vee and set on our doorstep. Watching the doorbell footage back, the driver couldn't get back to their car fast enough.

I've never been so angry with myself for not reading Google reviews on a business before making a purchase in my life.
Do not waste your time with this business!

I ordered flowers for the anniversary of my friend finishing chemotherapy for breast cancer - which I put into the card I wanted included in my order. I placed my order on July 18 to be delivered on July 24. I received a call on the July 24, the day of delivery at 11am EST, and they said they had no pink peonies at all, and would other pink flowers be okay to substitute.
