I had Plumbline recommended to me by another plumber who was unable to resolve a problem in my main line (stagnant water around the basement floor drain).
David (the owner) resolved the issue completely. He was noticeably thorough, careful with his work, and was both a kind and effective communicator. Moreso, he identified another issue that I hadn't brought to his attention (a washing machine standpipe that would backfill), and he took care of it at no additional cost.
