We used Phoenix for hospice care for our dad who had a very sudden diagnosis. Once the decision was made to enter hospice, he wanted to go home from the hospital immediately. Phoenix took care of getting all the needed equipment to his home and set up, the medical transport was arranged and within a matter of hours he was back in the comfort of his home. We used Phoenix Hospice for my mom's end of life care. They did a phenomenal job, Emily the Social Worker was a huge help offering significant relief to our our family. The nurses were caring and very communicative. Micah the Bereavement Coordinator has been wonderful to talk with, his check in texts and letters always find me when I need them most.
I would recommend this hospice to everyone! They are very patient and kind group of individuals. They are genuinely caring and make the experience so much easier to navigate. Very attentive to the needs of the family and very respectful of everyone. Patient care is the best and they make sure the patient is able to keep their dignity till the very end.
