I had a wonderful time. The facilities were very clean and modern, the staff were friendly and they explained their membership without being overly pushy. I did the float tank and it was super relaxing. I’m a waitress and on my feet all day and I definitely noticed a difference. I will definitely be going back to try some of their other services!

I came in with lower back pain from lifting weights. I went into cryotherapy room for 3min & 30 seconds. I came out feeling no pain in my lower back. I felt refreshed and really alert. The lady up front is named Adi. She was super helpful with all of the things that they offer here. This is the go to place for any injury, skin care, muscle relaxation and much more. I’ll be coming back and I’ll get my family & friends to come as well.
