Have to admit I was a bit skeptical after a hail storm and every roofer in America knocked on my door. One was Thomas Hutto with NorthStar. He was more low pressure than most. A trusted neighbor had just worked with Thomas and NorthStar and he had a positive experience. With the trust of a friend in mind I went with NorthStar. The explanations and communication from Thomas was excellent. He was very responsive. And the roofing crew was amazing. Such hard workers and enjoyable to interact with. I had one small follow up item needed and Thomas and NorthStar were responsive with that. It’s a confusing industry but I feel good about using NorthStar.
