Great service and kind employees. With my own busy schedule, I appreciate that I can walk in for service but try to make an appointment when I can. Great job on hard gel manicure on my natural nails.
Busy facility, so there's obviously happy customers. My friend and I went together and ordered the same service (dip manicure). I received a hand massage. She did not. And while this dip was the thinnest I've gotten it also cracked on two nails within 24 hours. So what I thought was good perhaps wasn't. Also little to no conversation at all (which may be great for introverts!)
My favorite nail studio in KC! I typically see Hana and she’s absolutely wonderful and very very good at what she does. But all the other staff are just as incredible, I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience!
