Had a drier with no heat, just blowing cold air,the technician Robert Gomez found I needed a heating element and thermostat, had to get the part , did not have it with him, but came back the next morning and had it fixed in maybe 5 minutes. My Electrolux dryer had a broken valve and water from the steamer would not stop coming in the dryer. Needed quick help. The owner called me from Florida to say they'd help right away. John came out on a Saturday morning and quickly took care of it. He was friendly and professional. Will use Myco again when needed.
