Robert really helped me out in fixing a computer hard drive issue. He was fast, efficient, pleasant and just did a great job. Highly recommend him with any computer or other electronics issues (TV's, home entertainment, etc).

Simply STELLAR! Has rescued me from all sorts of situations that an inexperienced computer user could never imagine... I don't want him to become too Known! But, Excellence in knowledge and skill should always be recognized, and absolute Trust in his abilities are on the same spectrum. Don't get too popular, Robert--I will always find myself in a technical pickle that only You can solve!!!
