I was very happy with my message but I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the front desk personnel. I felt very uncomfortable with her condescending comments and it wasn’t until another employee spoke up on my behalf that she charged me accordingly. She showed no concern for the mistake and I left feeling disappointed in the business. Before this encounter I was going to sign up for a membership but I will now be going somewhere else.

TERRIBLE. Terrible massage and service. Asked for deep tissue - got a light rub! Therapist was sick, sniffling and erratic in his method. When asked to have a deep pressure he stated he was not feeling well. I ended the massage 45 minutes early, which was to be be 90 minutes. When I went up front to settle up, the lady at the counter all but tried to address the lack of customer satisfaction.When she was told the therapist was sick all she said was he said he wasn’t feeling good. And so you thought in the best interest of getting money from client to have him work? Because you obviously didn’t care about my health and now I get to wonder if I paid to get sick.
