Joe is a freaking glasses GOD, do you hear me?!
He’s the only employee at this location who gets my adjustment correct the first time!!! I hate having to come back a few days later because they still don’t feel right or I have headache. But with Joe, it’s never an issue. I will wait until he’s without a customer, so I can be helped. Oh… and he’s funny lol. Can’t say enough good things about this guy.
I've been a customer of Oak Park store for well over 20 years and yet to have a negative outcome. Many changes in personnel over those years and always had a pleasant experience.
Had an amazing time at the LensCrafters store at Oak Park Mall. Christopher with the sweater vest definitely helped me with adjusting my glasses! Next time you’re in ask for Christopher.
