Kosama

My fiance and I went to Kosama with their groupon deal. It was wonderful! The instructors were very helpful in assisting us on the workouts when we were not clear about what to do. The energy was great and we felt much stronger and had gained stamina by the end of our month. We moved to Colorado or else we would still be hitting up the classes! Highly recommend!

I am pretty new at Kosama south overland park but I feel like I have been going there for long time. I am pretty sure that all coach there highly qualified but I really like to thanks Renee, Amanda and Garry ( coaches) for teaching me, encouraging me, correcting me in every steps. I love variety of classes Kosama brings everyday.

I started with Kosama 4 years ago in Omaha, Nebraska. Soon after I joined I became an instructor and fell even more in love with the atmosphere and workouts kosama puts on. I just recently moved to KS and have only taken a few classes at the OP location. I am just as in love and am glad to have found my KS kosama! Highly recommend as the workouts are challenging for all fitness levels and the staff is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Clean and inviting gym as well.
