The process was easy, the keys are flawless. I especially like that if I ever lose a key, I can just have one of your kiosks make me another one, without the original key. That is a brilliant feature of the service. And I didn't have to deal with a locksmith for this simple task. Even better!

The keys ended up working perfectly. However I got a huge discount after I tried to cancel the order. So if I hadn't originally tried to cancel the order I would have paid about 30% more. This seems unfair, and over $9 a key is way too much. I ended up paying around $6 per key, but again, only because I tried to cancel. I then paid the $2 extra for the extra finishing, and the keys looked so different than the original that I did not believe they could possibly work. They did, but this still doesn't seem right. I may try a different brand of kiosk next time, and definitely want to look for a better price.

It was very convenient to have the KeyMe machine at a store that otherwise wouldn't have such a service available. It saved me a trip to a separate store like Home Depot which I appreciate. It functioned flawlessly and was quick and efficient. It's a great idea.
