I waited two months for my glasses. During this long process, I dealt with Paula, the office manager. She's very rude and doesn't listen. She talks very fast so you can't get a word in. I had to contact my insurance regarding the wait time. After my glasses arrived, I informed the staff my vision was blurry. They insisted I wear them a couple of days and then come back. I wore them a week. I couldn't drive at night and had other issues. I had to make another appointment just to tell them the same thing. I had a problem getting calls, returned or information after test were done. The conclusion at the end was that they couldn't get the two doctors together in the same place to perform the procedure, which made no sense at all to me. After I questioned this person I talked to said she did not like my questioning her statement. Definitely a Karen.
