All of a sudden I could not print to either of the printers I use here in the office. I called in and I got Andrew on the other end. I knew right away I would get my issue resolved. We ended up rebooting the computer because it was not responding to anything. Ended up that the main password expired without warning. Andrew then stayed on the phone and checked all the programs that would require this new password - thank goodness he thought of that. Above and beyond as always. Thank you, Andrew!
