I have had a great experience with the infared pod at Infared Oasis. In the winter especially the heat of the pod feels amazing, and is very relaxing. More importantly though, I went in with hip pain and my pain has gone away! I would definitely give this a try if you have any chronic pain or are trying to lose weight.
I found this gem off of Groupon on a whim because I was in so much pain and was desperate for some relief. Holy moly I'm so glad I did. The owner, Nancy is so sweet and greets you as you walk in (knock if the door is shut). You go behind a privacy curtain to put on lotion and get in. 15 short minutes and I could walk without a limp. SO much swelling down. I was shocked. I am so thankful to find this business. Nancy has a new customer in me!
