Home Instead (HI) provided several weeks of 24/7 (in-hospital, in rehabilitation-hospital and in-home) service to my wife after surgery to her low back. We were very pleased with the services we received. After a few weeks we were able to reduce our reliance on HI's 24/7 service so that we now only receive 3 or 4 days per week of the wonderful daytime-only services of service provider, Brooke. All our service providers did a very good job for us and we felt happy to have them in the hospital facilities as well as in our home. If the need should arise, we would engage Home Instead again.
