“We hired Kansas City Remodel to build out a screened-in porch on our existing deck. We worked through the initial plan with Bryan and the architect (who went above and beyond to ensure we would have a gable roof/ceiling for a more spacious area with better airflow and a higher end aesthetic, which we hadn't found elsewhere), in the spring. The team got started the Tuesday after Memorial Day, and we were enjoying our new porch by the first official day of summer. Randy and the guys who did the day-to-day work were respectful of our time and space, friendly and considerate even in helping me pick out a stain, which they didn't have to do. Bryan and Mike ensured the project stayed on time and were immediately communicative regarding any changes or updates to the plan. KCR's craftsmanship is top notch, but they're also just good people who understood we were trying to create a functional space for our family (including a doggie door for our dogs!), and they brought that space to life. I highly recommend Kansas City Remodel and am already planning a future kitchen project with them now.“
