“We hired Kansas City Remodel to build out a screened-in porch on our existing deck. We worked through the initial plan with Bryan and the architect (who went above and beyond to ensure we would have a gable roof/ceiling for a more spacious area with better airflow and a higher end aesthetic, which we hadn't found elsewhere), in the spring. The team got started the Tuesday after Memorial Day, and we were enjoying our new porch by the first official day of summer. Randy and the guys who did the day-to-day work were respectful of our time and space, friendly and considerate even in helping me pick out a stain, which they didn't have to do.
