I had a very unique billing issue and I was heated. After not being very pleasant I spoke with Carol the supervisor and she worked we me to get it resolved. I feel much better better about everything, which is great because I’ve seen this doctor for decades and I really didn’t want to switch . Thanks Carol for working with me ..
I really like Dr. Allen - he's a great doc but I would recommend a colonoscopy or other procedure at another location. I had a much better experience at Advent Health versus this outpatient clinic. The front desk staff could use some sensitivity training as well as professionalism training. The folks in the waiting room are tired and hungry and nervous. The coversations I overheard from the front desk staff were wholly inappropriate and unprofessional. Frankie, my nurse, was wonderful.
It’s a complicated story with this place and I realize my review probably has more to do with the state of for profit healthcare in general BUT it feels like this institution could do more to prepare its customers for the financial mess that they inherit walking in the door…The care I received was fantastic…like extremely great from Dr. Harrison and his team. Thank you!
But…..The terribly frustrating part is I keep getting random bills that exceed the amount I was told I would pay. I get there is probably more to the story…but CLEAR IS KIND…and there is nothing clear about the financial procedures here. It is hard not to feel like you are... read full review
