So idk where to start! This was the most amazing Eye Appointment experience I've ever had in my 30 years of living! From the time my family and I walked through the doors I felt like the entire staff were there to Personally help the 3 of us and no one else ( we weren't the only patients In the office, but it felt like it). Anahi and Aleigha got the 3 us of checked in and going in no time. Those two amazing young ladies did all the necessary exams needed before the doctor comes in. Anahi and Aleigha were very informative on explaining the different test they performed. They were very patient with my 7 years old son and myself who had a ton of questions. Myself and my Sons Dad were amazed at the advances made in the optical world and the amazing technology this office is using to determine the best prognosis. Dr.Siefkes was absolutely, hands down amazing!!!!! He was very informative in explaining my sons vision issues and after 4 years of my son wearing glasses I now feel like I understand why! My Sons Dad has ignored his vision issues many years due to a bad diagnosis as a child and Dr.Siefkes was able to tell him what was going wrong and got a plan to help him with some glasses. Dr.Siefkes also explained my longterm vision issues and informed me that I was still doing ok and didn't need any glasses. He listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was compent with everything! The most important thing that I'll always remember about Dr.Siefkes is that he took an interest in my small Cleaning Business. He was very inquisitive and gave me very great insight and great business advice. He was very supportive and encouraging of small businesses, felt like a friend! He suggested a few books that I've since then ordered to help me with my business. He also told me if I ever had any questions about anything that I could email him for advice, that spoke volumes to me!!!!! So after all that awesomeness it was time to pick out Glasses for my Son and his Dad. They finished their exam with the doctor before me so they were already trying on glasses with Aleigha. Aleigha, Dave and Anahi did an amazing job making sure my Son and his Dad found the perfect frames that met their needs and also looked great! They gave us good insight on the way frames should fit the face. They were also honest about what looked gold and what didn't work so well. Tomorrow I will make the payment for their new glasses and hopefully their new glasses will be here in a few weeks! We are very pleased with the service and we definitely recommend these guys! They made us feel like very important people!
