This guys is awesome! He was super nice to us! Very honest and professional! Definitely recomend doing business with him!
On 4/5/24 I flew out to Kansas from Colorado to buy a 2012 Acura TL from Euro Sam Auto. I have a family member in the car business who had a contact, Gabe, at the dealership, and after hearing it was a very nice, clean car from Gabe that had been inspected not only by them, but also by an independent mechanic from a previous potential buyer; I decided to purchase the car. Before buying, I was told it had a check engine light for an O2 sensor, so the repair was worked into the deal. Although my salesman Gabe is no longer at the dealership, the buying process was smooth and quick. The car was absolutely perfect on the 500 mile drive home, but 2 days after I got home a check engine light came on for the emissions system, I got it diagnosed (quotes below), and was informed it needed a new catalytic converter, along with an oil leak from missing oil pan bolts (~$4,000). After a little hesitation from Gabe when initially contacting him about the check engine light saying, "Between replacing the O2 sensors, tire balance, and discounting the vehicle, leaves us no room for any participation," we contacted Sam the owner. Immediately Sam was all hands on deck with getting these issues solved, assuring us absolutely everything would be taken care of. We got another opinion with a cheaper quote, finding out that the car doesn't need the crank case seal from the original quote. And more props to Euro Sam Auto, Gabe initially tried to get us to agree on a cheap $100 catalytic converter, but that would not suffice due to Colorado's strict emissions rules, similar to California's; but Sam, and the mechanic assured the correct parts would be installed. Sam shipped the parts directly to the shop, and mid-May the car was dropped off for repairs. The mechanic and Sam dealt directly with payment, I never had to deal with reimbursement. Fast forward to today, and the car passed Colorado emissions. I could not be more grateful for Sam, and the experience I had at his dealership. While the missing oil pan bolts, and other missing bolts in the timing cover that were discovered by the mechanic beg the question, "was this car really inspected twice?", it comes back to typical used car purchasing risks. Do your due diligence, but should something go wrong, Sam has your back. A+ car buying experience given the circumstances. -Austin
I just bought a really clean burnt orange jeep wrangler from them. Really good options on the lots, little to no rust of most and reasonably priced! I will be buying here again! If you're looking, these are the guys you want to buy from.
