Shoe department. Ladies shoes is in "Dillard's North". Dave provided excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable on sizing and styles. I'm not a Dillard's shopper but I'm now a shoe customer!
Impressed by the service in the shoe department at the Oak park Dillards today. I haven't been to the mall in years and I was pleased to find a huge variety of shoes that were different from what I was able to find on Zappos & Amazon. The best part was the service though. They were clearly understaffed with only two sales people (that I could see) and at least 20 customers. Monique was pleasant and didn't make me feel rushed. She helped me in a timely fashion with a smile on her face the whole time. She did such a good job I decided to buy a second pair of shoes. I need to go back to the mall more often. This was a very enjoyable experience.
My husband and I just received the best customer service in Dillard's. Very nice lady in the Daniel Cremiex department. She was very helpful and friendly. My husband tried on several pairs of jeans and she was right there to assist. Thank you for all your help. Purchase 10/18/2023 about 2pm.
