Tracy was incredibly patient, kind, and truly a master of her craft! I went back and forth a few times on the gem, and she was so understanding throughout the process. Mary did a great job on my nails. I gave her a picture and she did them exactly how I expected it to look. This place was very relaxing and good customer service. I knew how much I was spending and they didn’t try to tempt me to spend more. Very professional.

I had a little extra time late Friday morning and wanted to treat my fingers and toes with a mani pedi. I popped into Creative Nails, and they said they could take me. My wait was great: about 10 minutes. I got my manicure and went back to the pedicure station. It was honestly one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Halfway through, my manicurist came up and put polish on my nails. She waited to do the top coat so they could dry as the pedicure was being done. The staff were so pleasant, it was a calm, quiet space, and my pedi chair massaging was absolute perfection. Good pricing, wonderful experience. I've found my new nail salon.
