Our agency staff have been trying to purchase Home Health Policy Manuals since yesterday, solid 24hrs, the website keeps charging the bank account and money has been held up- 7 transactions ($1999.00) per transaction. 2 Calls placed into their bookstore line and voicemails left, no return call by the time my Office Manager escalated. The sales rep replied to email, sent ACH invoice that we couldn't pay. We've finished 24hrs funds haven't been returned. Extremely concerning. Be careful when you transact on the website and no return calls. Poor customer experience concerning the amount the products cost. Need to get better with the purchasing process.
