Zero Stars. This company is only a facilitator to over charge borrowers/buyers. This management companies used to handle the documentation request but now CondoCerts sits in the middle to collect a hefty fee for documentations that are systematically generated. Most documents only need a few items changed, less than 30 minutes, and the rest of the documents are generic. Shut this worthless company down.

To say these people are INCOMPETENT is a compliment. When we tried to pay for a rush on their website our credit card company locked our card and said that company was flagged as fraud and suspicious (this should have been red flag #1)...We called and they had us send the $650+ check to their office in KS. I question the lady on the phone and told her have a location in Katy TX and I could drop it off so it would be faster. She said NO all payments must go to KS. A week later they still haven't processed the HOA docs. It's a shame we are all forced to use this company. How do companies like this still exist in 2025?

What an absolute joke. Basically what you have is an entity simply storing rather basic documents and holding them hostage for you to pay an absurd amount of money to simply receive these documents. There literally should be a law against the obscene amount of charge for the production of these documents which homeowners should have access to anyway.
