The Built By Design team did an absolutely amazing job finishing our basement. They had such creative ideas for how we could best use the space. We absolutely love the lighted brick wall they installed behind the bar, plus the wooden beams and beautiful barn doors! I highly recommend them!!
Working with Kristen at Built by Design was a great experience. From the start to the finish of our basement we were well informed and things kept on schedule. We could not be happier with how our basement turned out. Highly recommend using built by design.
Had a great experience with Built by Design. Project stayed on budget (any overages were largely on us due to changing our mind), and the renovation (3 story/1000 sf addition + cosmetic improvements across main level) has held up. They caught at least one architect/design flaws and fixed it before it was too late. They were super flexible when I found materials (fireplace mantles, etc.) that I really loved that were not at their preferred vendors. They generally absorbed it all without a complaint, and we appreciated that flexibility. Super responsive by text as well if we ever had questions.
