From the start of our project to finish our basement, they were one of the few contractors that gave me some idea of cost over the phone. In my first meeting with Dave we discussed ideas and he gave us suggestions that I didn't even think of. In our second meeting he had a computer rendering of the project with the cost completely broken down. From there Kristen took over as project manager and kept us in the loop on timing of all the contractors. We were very comfortable with everyone who worked at the house and feel the did an exceptional job at finishing the basement. The quote we were given allowed us to get top quality product and we ended up exactly where we wanted to be budget wise. Dave, Kristen and Mike made us feel like they were working on their own homes.
