It’s nice to know that some things never change. I am an ex-employee now Turned into a Paying Customer And Recently had my carpets cleaned by Drew and another new guy. They did a fantastic job and even did a little bit Extra. They were on time and efficient while providing the kind of quality that I myself used to provide when I worked there. I’ve been doing business with Bock Steam Star for a long time. Your guys are always awesome. In this particular instance, I had a minor emergency, and they put the little siren on the truck and made it very quickly to save the day on a stain that was created by my dingdong kids on a carpet that was literally one day old.
