Unfortunately, we had to take our dog in - as you know, pets just can't get sick in more convenient, doctor's hours. But, as always, the Blue Pearl staff was great. Everyone was very sweet and great with our pup. As we don't have pet ER services in Lawrence, we have to go into the OP/KS area and Blue Pearl is always our first choice!
My primary veterinarian referred me to BluePearl after it was determined that my senior cat, Gary, had a growth on his thyroid and nodules inside his left ear. I met with Dr. Bievrock to discuss treatment options. After giving Gary a thorough examination, Dr. shared in detail regarding the test results. Even though there was a tremendous amount of information for me to take in, she took the time to ensure that I was on the sa page. We then discussed possible treatment options, what to expect with each options. She then helped me with a plan to move forward.

The staff at BluePearl is the very best of the best. They always figure out what is going on. They literally saved my dogs life! I can’t say enough good things about them. You can tell that every employee including the registration staff cares about you and your animal.
