Blue Valley Eyecare is a professional and considerate optometry office, known for their exceptional patient care. They have a great quality control process for new glasses, ensuring they meet customer expectations. The staff, including Yerse and Dr. Reiling, are friendly and skilled, providing excellent service and helping customers with any issues, such as in urgent situations or with new contacts.
Dr. Reiling was wonderful! She answered my questions and made my first eye appointment very easy. She worked her magic and I will be able to see much better. I then met with Linda to get my glasses and she was incredible! She was very friendly, helpful, and made all the insurance stuff make sense. I loved her energy! I really enjoyed my experience at Blue Valley Eyecare; also it was my very first time having my eyes checked at 46, which I am grateful for!! Thank you to everyone at Blue Valley Eyecare for making my experience wonderful! I am excited to get my new glasses!!
I had an excellent experience with this office. They are very professional, helpful, and genuinely care about their patients. I would especially like to shout out Yerse who went above and beyond to help me in an urgent situation. Give this lady a raise for how she treats people and how she problem solves.
Been going here for 10 years. My experience has always been pleasant. They are always considerate. Great quality control on new glasses. They checked them out for you before you come to pick them up to make sure everything is as you ordered. I really appreciate that.
