Edited: The director of the Lab as well as the Lab assistant were super helpful. When information was miscommunicated, they were amazing and very helpful and even stayed late to accommodate me. At first I was frustrated, but they really impressed me with their kindness and truly caring about their clients.

Have had an excellent experience thus far. The staff are always very responsive and quick to answer any questions we may have. They have been transparent with pricing up front which is amazing if you know how expensive fertility treatment is. Dr. Riggs was personable, knowledgeable and caring when we had our overview visit with him after having had all our testing done. Highly recommend this clinic.
